Apply for a return or exchange:

  1. For returns or exchanges due to quality issues: Within 7 days of receiving the goods, send an email to the after-sales service center at [email protected] . The customer service will process your request within 1-3 working days after receiving the email.
  2. Return and exchange process: Confirm receipt of the goods - Apply for a return or exchange - Customer service reviews and approves - User returns the goods - Warehouse receives and inspects the returned goods - Return or exchange is processed - Refund or replacement is issued. Please provide the return or exchange request with the following information: package tracking number, order number, name, and phone number.

To cancel an order:
To cancel an order, you need to send an email to the after-sales service center stating your order number and specifying the reason for cancellation. Please provide your name and phone number in the email.
